Mr. Wilhelm Jacobus Schoeman, also known as Jaco, National Diploma (Analytical Chemistry), BTech (Analytical Chemistry), serves as Chief Executive Officer of Western Utilities Corporation. Mr. Schoeman has been Operations Director of Ergo Mining Operations Proprietary Limited at DRDGOLD Limited since July 2014. He served as an Executive Officer of Business development at DRDGOLD Limited. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mine Restoration Investments Limited from April 30, 2012 to November 18, 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Capricorn Investment Holdings Limited since April 30, 2012. He served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Watermark Global Plc. Mr. Schoeman served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mintails Ltd. since November 1, 2010 and also served as its Managing Director. He served as an Executive Director of Mintails Ltd. He served as a Technical Director of Mintails Ltd. and Managing Director of Mintails SA (Pty) Ltd. from July 2006 to June 2008 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Mintails, he held senior positions including General Manager of Atomaer RSA, Product Specialist at Nalco-Chemserve and Senior Chemist as Amplats (now Anglo Platinum). He has been a Director of Mine Restoration Investments Limited since April 30, 2012. He served as an Executive Director of Watermark Global Plc from August 3, 2007 to May 2013. He served as Executive Director of Mintails SA (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Schoeman served as a Director of Mintails Ltd., since July 12, 2006 and Executive Director from July 12, 2006 to June 2008. He holds a B. Tech Degree in Analytical Chemistry from Pretoria Technikon in South Africa.

Mr. Adriaan Jacobus Riaan Davel, CA (SA), BCom (Hons), M.Com., has been the Chief Financial Officer of DRDGOLD Limited since January 2015. Mr. Davel has spent the last seven years at KPMG as audit partner, where his work included performing audits of listed companies in the mining industry, including SEC registrants. He has also gained experience as an IFRS technical partner and represented the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants on the International Accounting Standards Board's project on Extractive Activities from 2003 to 2010. He also served on committees that compile or update the South African Codes for reporting and valuation of mineral reserves and resources. He has 17 years' experience in the professional services industry, mostly in the mining sector in Africa. As part of gaining this experience, Mr. Davel provided assurance and advisory services, including support and training on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to clients and teams across the African continent. He has been an Executive Director of DRDGOLD Limited since January 6, 2015. Mr. Davel is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa). He has a BCom (Hons) and an M.Com (in International Accounting) from the University of Johannesburg.

Mr. Charles Methley Symons, B.Com, MBL, Dip (Extractive Metallurgy), serves as Non-Executive Director of Ergo Mining Operations Proprietary Limited at DRDGOLD Limited. Mr. Symons served as an Executive Officer of Operations at DRDGOLD Limited and served as its Chief Operating Officer of DRDGOLD Limited since October 1, 2011. Mr. Symons served as an Executive Officer of Surface Operations at DRDGOLD Limited since January 1, 2008. He served as a Director of Ergo Mining Operations Proprietary Limited since August 2014. Mr. Symons served as a General Manager of Crown at DRDGOLD since September 1998 and Regional General Manager of CGR and ERPM since January 2006. He served as the General Manager of Crown Consolidated Gold Recoveries Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Durban Roodepoort Deep Ltd., since 1997. He has 23 years of experience in the mining industry. He serves as a Director of Ergo Mining Operations Proprietary Limited. Mr. Symons holds a Masters degree in Business Leadership and a B.Comm from University of South Africa and also has a National Diploma in Extractive Metallurgy.

Ms. Reneiloe Masemene, L.L.B., L.L.M., has been Company Secretary of DRDGOLD Limited since March 9, 2016. Ms. Masemene has been Group Legal Counsel of DRDGOLD Limited since August 2014 and its Prescribed Officer since June 2012. Ms. Masemene served as Senior Legal Advisor of DRDGOLD Limited since October 2011 and served as its Legal Advisor since January 5, 2009. Ms. Masemene joined DRDGOLD on January 5, 2009. She has extensive experience within the fields of commercial, criminal and labour law and has spent a stint within the judiciary department of the South African Labour Court.
