Very demanding with little compensation

What can this brand most improve?

Run, don't walk away from this horrific, disreputable builder in NKY. Our brand new home is a giant mess. Every single trade that worked on our new home has done sub par work and Drees does not care. They need to cimpletely revamp their quality.

Timely follow-up with customers. Show respect toward owners and respond to their concerns instead of ignoring most of them.
