Mr. Dimitris Dreliozis has been Vice President of Finance of DryShips Inc. since December 15, 2016. Mr. Dreliozis served as Financial Controller of DryShips, Inc. since December 03, 2015. He has over 11 years of finance and accounting experience, including 8 years in various senior financial positions within the DryShips Group, including Ocean Rig. For the period from July 2004 to May 2008, Mr. Dreliozis served as an External Auditor for Deloitte. Mr. Dreliozis is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Mr. George Demathas served as the Chief Financial Officer of Stroigasitera Inc. since 2001. Mr. Demathas was a Principal in Marketing Systems Ltd., and supplied turnkey manufacturing equipment to industry in the USSR. Since 1991, he was involved in Malden Investment Trust Inc., in association with Lukoil, working in the Russian petrochemical industry. Since 1996, he has invested in natural gas trunk pipelines in Central Asia. He has been a Director for DryShips Inc., since July 18, 2006. He served as a Director of Ocean Rig ASA since May 2008 and Stroigasitera Inc., since 2001. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Gyroscopic Fund Ltd., since 2002. Mr. Demathas holds a BA in Mathematics and Physics from Hamilton College, NY and an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Columbia University.

Ms. Anastasia Pavli has been Corporate Secretary of DryShips, Inc. since January 1, 2012. Ms. Pavli is an Attorney-At-Law and Associate at Deverakis Law Office in Athens, Greece. Ms. Pavli graduated from the Athens Law Faculty with an L.L.B in 2006. Ms. Pavli holds L.L.M. from University College, London, United Kingdom in 2007 and has been a Member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 2008.

Mr. Anthony Kandylidis served as President at Ocean Rig UDW Inc. since May 17, 2016 and as its Chief Financial Officer since December 16, 2016 an also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Kandylidis has been President and Chief Financial Officer at DryShips Inc. since December 09, 2016 and has been its Director since July 27, 2017. He is Executive Vice Chairman of Ocean Rig UDW Inc. since 2018. Mr. Kandylidis has been an Executive Vice President at Ocean Rig Management Inc. since June 2012. Mr. Kandylidis served as an Executive Vice President at Ocean Rig UDW Inc. since June 2012 until December 2016. He founded Oceanfreight Inc. in September 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since December 2007. He served as Executive Vice President of DryShips, Inc. since January 1, 2015 and its Interim Chief Financial Officer from August 08, 2016 to December 09, 2016. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of OceanFreight, Inc. from April 2008 to January 2010. Mr. Kandylidis served as President of OceanFreight, Inc. since December 2007. He started his career at OMI Corporation's commercial department. During his tenure at OMI Corporation , he gained significant experience in the tanker vessel business and served various positions with responsibilities spanning Sale and Purchase, Time Charters, FFA Trading, Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. He has been a Director of Ocean Rig UDW Inc. since November 2017. He served as a Director of Oceanfreight Inc. since September 2007. Mr. Kandylidis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University and studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he graduated with Masters of Science in Ocean Systems Management.
