Mr. Esteban Piedrahita served as Principal of Ecopetrol SA. Previously, Mr. Piedrahita served as a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Zoom Media Group, Inc. Prior to this, he was a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at laciudad.com. Before that, he was an Economic Editor of Business Development at Semana magazine. Prior to this, he was an investment banker with Salomon Brothers in New York. He serves as a Member of Venture Board at e-nicial Ventures. He served as a Director of Ecopetrol SA since May 2009. Mr. Piedrahita received a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Economics from Harvard University and a Master's degree with honors in Philosophy and Science History from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Thomas Rueda Ehrhardt serves as Cenit's President at Ecopetrol SA and served as its Chief Executive Officer of Cenit since November 11, 2014. Mr. Rueda has more than 19 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. He began his career at BP where he held various positions, including the Pipeline and Crude Oil Export Manager, Planning Manager, Financial Manager for BP Angola Business Unit and Planning Manager for E & P at BP Headquarters. He also worked for Talisman as their Asset Manager for Piedemonte and Ocensa. He joined Cenit in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rueda holds a Degree in Business Administration from Los Andes University (Bogot??).

Mrs. Ingrid Lorena Dumez serves as the Head the Ethics and Compliance Office at Ecopetrol SA. Mrs. Dumez joined Ecopetrol in 2000 and has headed the Ethics and Compliance Office since its creation.

Ms. Luisa Fernanda Lafaurie Rivera has been Chief Executive Officer of CENIT Transporte y Log??stica de Hidrocarburos SAS at Ecopetrol S.A. since September 2016. Ms. Lafaurie Rivera has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Oleoducto Central S.A. since July 2013. She is the Founding Partner of Sumatoria. She serves as a Consultant on the management, formulation and implementation of financial and corporate strategies. She served as Chief Executive Officer of HJDK since 2009 until 2013. She served as an advisor for the Synergy Group corporations in Colombia with the exception of Avianca. She has over 30 years of experience in mining and energy, having worked for Carbocol for approximately ten years, most notably as Department Head of European operations, as well as serving as Minister and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. She served for a number of years, in increasingly senior positions, with Carbocol, the Colombian government-owned company. She served as Minister of Mining and Energy of Colombia From 2001 to 2002 and served as its Deputy Minister of Mines from 1998 to 2000. She has been the Chairwoman of Oleoducto Central de Colombia (OCENSA) since 2004. She serves as a Director of Colombian and Brazilian enterprises, including Fondo de Inversion etrolera (an oil investment fund), Emgesa S.A (an electrical generator), Tejido Humano (a social foundation assisting victims of Colombia's internal conflicts), Carulla S.A. (a retailer), ISA (an electricity transmission company), Minercol, Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN), Ecogas, Almacenes Exito, ISAGEN, Conconcreto in Colombia and CTEEP (a Brazilian electrical transmitter). She serves as an Independent Director of Emgesa S.A. E.S.P. She served as a Director of Melior Resources Inc. from January 2009 to March 9, 2009 and AVIANCA from 2010 to 2012. She served as a Director of Coalcorp Mining Inc. from January 2009 to March 9, 2003. She holds both an MBA and a Master's Degree in Finance and Senior Management from the Universidad de los Andes. Ms. Lafaurie holds a Degree in Economics from the Universidad Javeriana.
