Mr. Timothy R. He joined Edgewater Technology as a Director of Finance in August 2004. Prior to joining Edgewater, he served as a Senior Director of Finance at Symmetricom, Inc. from September 2001 to August 2004. Prior to Symmetricom, he held various financial management and operational reporting positions with companies in the biotechnology, manufacturing and consulting services industries. He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial and operational management gained working for various companies in the biotechnology, manufacturing and consulting services industries. He began his career in public accountancy working in the Boston office of KPMG, LLP. Mr. Oakes is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College.

Ms. Kristin Zaepfel has been the Vice President of Human Resources at Edgewater Technology Inc. since September 10, 2003. Ms. Zaepfel is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Edgewater's Human Resources (HR) Department, participating in making strategic HR decisions as a member of the Senior Management Team. Prior to joining Edgewater in 2003, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Exchange Applications Inc. (formerly, Xchange, Inc.). From March 1997 to January 1998, Ms. Zaepfel served as Director of Staffing and Employee Relations at HPR Inc. With approximately 20 years of Human Resources experience, she has also held various Human Resources positions at such organizations as Mellon Bank Corp. and The Boston Company. Ms. Zaepfel holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
