Mr. Laurance Roberts, also known as Larry, has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. since July 15, 2013. Mr. Roberts has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of El Pollo Loco Inc. since July 2013 and is responsible for investor relations, information technology and risk management, among other duties. Mr. Roberts has nearly 30 years of leadership experience across a variety of top-tier companies, including more than 20 years of experience at YUM! Brands. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Roberts served as Chief Operating Officer for KFC business with nearly $5 billion of system sales. Previously, he spent three years as Divisional Chief Financial Officer of KFC, a major fried chicken restaurant chain and a division of Yum Brands and three years as Chief Financial Officer of YUM! Brands??? Pizza Hut joint venture in the United Kingdom. Since 2008, he served as General Manager for KFC Restaurant Operating Company. Mr. Roberts has nearly 30-year career of progressively responsible leadership roles for top tier companies includes General Electric, Merck Pharmaceuticals, PepsiCo and YUM! Brands. Mr. Roberts holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bucknell University.

Mr. Gustavo Siade, also known as Gus, has been Vice President of Operations at El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. since May 2016. From 2013 to May 2016, Mr. Siade served as Vice President of Company Operations at El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. and served as its Director of Operations from 2005 to 2013 and Area Leader from 1998 to 2005. Mr. Siade holds a bachelor's degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, where he majored in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Stephen J. Sather, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of EPL Intermediate Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Sather was the Chief Executive Officer and President of El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. since 2010 until December 31, 2017. He served as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Assistant secretary at El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. from May 2006 to 2010. Mr. Sather has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of El Pollo Loco, Inc. since 2010 and served as its Acting Chief Executive Officer and Acting President since September 12, 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations of El Pollo Loco, Inc. from January 2006 to September 2010. Mr. Sather served as Senior Vice President of Operations at EPL Intermediate Inc., a parent company of El Pollo Loco, Inc. since February 2007. Mr. Sather has extensive industry, management and operations experience in the casual dining and quick-service sectors. He has more than 26 years of experience in the restaurant industry. From March 2002 to December 2005, he served as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations for Great Circle Family Foods, LLC in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Sather served as the Chief Operating Officer of Rubio's Restaurants Inc. from July 1996 to December 2001 and its Vice President of Operations from February 1996 to July 1998. Mr. Sather served as Vice President of New Concepts for Rally's Hamburgers, Inc. from December 1993 to February 1996. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations for La Salsa Holding Company from December 1992 to November 1993. Mr. Sather has been a Director of El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. since 2010. He has been a Director of El Pollo Loco, Inc. since 2010. From April 1986 to November 1992, Mr. Sather was employed by Taco Bell Corporation and served as its Director of New Concepts. He has been a Director of EPL Intermediate, Inc. since January, 2011. Mr. Sather holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
