During Mr. Schmidt's tenure with ES&S, he has managed contract negotiations, hardware engineering and materials management, along with domestic and international manufacturing. In 2012, Mr. Schmidt earned the coveted Chairman's Award for outstanding leadership and exemplary performance. Mr. Schmidt has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration of Technical Studies from Bellevue University and an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics.

Mr. Carbullido attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Steve Pearson has been Senior Vice President of Voting Systems at Election Systems & Software, LLC since October 16, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Voting Systems since November 28, 2016 until October 16, 2017. With more than 20 years of experience in systems development, Mr. Pearson joined ES&S in 2001. He works closely with the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to ensure each voting system meets Federal Voluntary Voting System Guidelines. He also works directly with members of the National Institute of Science and Technology and independent U.S. testing authorities. Mr. Pearson graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with continuing studies in Information Technology.

Ms. Kathy Rogers serves as Senior Vice President of Government Relations of Election Systems & Software, LLC. Ms. Rogers serves as ES&S' government liaison for federal and state agencies. Additionally, Ms. Rogers is responsible for public relations and is a media contact for ES&S. She joined ES&S in 2009 with the desire to build upon her state and local elections knowledge by including development and manufacturing experience. Before joining ES&S, Ms. Rogers was State Director of Elections for the Georgia Secretary of State's Office. She was responsible for a statewide implementation of a new voting system in 2002. Ms. Rogers participated in several national election organizations, including The Election Center and the International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers (IACREOT). She served on the Election Center's National Task Force and the Election Center's Professional Education Program Board. She also represented the State of Georgia on the Election Assistance Commission Standards Board. Ms. Rogers served on the Voting System Certification Board for the National Association of State Election Directors. She is a Certified Elections and Registration Administrator (CERA) graduate through a program administered by the Election Center and Auburn University.
