From being hired, I have been very pleased at how friendly, welcoming, and helpful everyone has been. I really like that the management team takes time to get to know you so you don't just feel like a "little person in a big company." I have enjoyed my first 4 months thus far at Ellevation.

Everyone I've talked to really seems to care about our mission and the students and districts that we serve. Everything is done in their best interest. There is a lot of praise given in our work culture which I think is important and positive to keep people feeling good about the work they do.
