From being hired, I have been very pleased at how friendly, welcoming, and helpful everyone has been. I really like that the management team takes time to get to know you so you don't just feel like a "little person in a big company." I have enjoyed my first 4 months thus far at Ellevation.

The mission and culture are highlights in the organization. The team of leaders are open to feedback, and supportive. As a small company, there are some growing pains, but there is an general optimism and self-awareness of what we can all do better as an organization.

Unlimited vacation and sick days is one of the ones I value the most. Although I prefer not to be out, I appreciate knowing that I have that flexibility when needed. The health insurance and its perks such as wellness rewards is also something I appreciate.

There are very high asks of the employees that span the duties of more than one position. Despite attempts at saying the work is too much, responsibilities are minimally shifted and headcount is added late
