They are not only vocal about valuing employees, but their actions constantly demonstrate it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are dedicated to the work they do daily; they're open to suggestions, and they demonstrate their commitment to the students we serve and the company's values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation and sick days is one of the ones I value the most. Although I prefer not to be out, I appreciate knowing that I have that flexibility when needed. The health insurance and its perks such as wellness rewards is also something I appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that the acceptance and willingness everyone has to continuously learn is what sets this company apart from others. Professional (independent) learning is valued, and the cycle of listening and learning from our partners in order to respond allows us to make decisions that benefit them.
