Everyone cares deeply about our mission, and it's clear that we try to leave our egos at the door to fulfill that mission in the best way we can.
They are connected to employees in a meaningful way. I have not worked in a place like Ellevation where we have had vulnerable and sincere discussions with the leadership team. Sometimes about difficult topics, and we feel safe and encouraged to offer constructive feedback to them.
Our employee-led Diversity for Ellevation affinity group hosts educational panels and Slack chats on a variety of DEIB topics. It is widely attended and highly regarded, which I think is a testament to the values of our employees and their willingness to learn about others' experiences.
