Mr. Daniel W. Dickson, also known as Dan, B.Comm, CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Endeavour Silver Corp., since April 1, 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Dickson joined Endeavour in March 2007 as Controller. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Endeavour Silver Corp., since April 1, 2008. Mr. Dickson served as an Assurance Manager for one of the big four Accounting firms. Mr. Dickson holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Luis R. Castro Valdez, Ing. has been a Vice President of Exploration at Endeavour Silver Corp., since November 12, 2012. Mr. Castro Valdez is a Mexican geological engineer with 22 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining sectors of Mexico. He started with Endeavour as a Project Geologist in 2004 and served as its Exploration Manager since 2008. He has been directly involved in guiding Endeavour's exploration programs since that time, including all of the Endeavour's numerous new mineral discoveries in the districts of Guanacevi and Guanajuato. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Castro Valdez served as geological engineer, projects manager, department head of mining and energy areas of the Mexican Government, including the Mexican Geological Survey (CRM, now the SGM) and National Commission of Saving Energy (CONAE). From 1998 to 2003, he served as an Exploration Manager for private Mexican mining companies including Minera Zocalo and Minera Fuerte Mayo and conducted mine exploration and planning for Minera Real de Panuco. Mr. Castro Valdez is an active Member of several professional societies including AIMMGAC, SEG and PDAC. He received his Geological Engineering degree from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional in Mexico City in 1989.

Mr. Godfrey J. Walton, M.Sc., P.Geo., has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Endeavour Silver Corporation since 2004. Mr. Walton served as President and Chief Executive Officer of G.J. Walton & Associates Ltd. He served as Consulting Geologist of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., (formerly International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd.). He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Endeavour Healthcare Limited. He served as Vice President of Endeavour Silver Corp. from 2004 to February 2005. He served as a Vice President of Exploration at Canarc Resource Corp. since June 2004. He served as a Vice President for Canarc Resource Corp. from August 1996 to March 2001. From 1974 to 1993, Mr. Walton was project and senior geologist for INCO, Chevron Minerals and Hemlo Gold Mines, managing exploration and development programs for uranium, precious metals and base metals in Canada and the Lisheen zinc-lead-silver discovery/mine in Ireland. He served as Geological Consultant with G.J. Walton and Associates Ltd. from 2001 to June 2004. Mr. Walton worked with Canarc from 1996 to 2001 and has 30 years of experience in the mining industry, specializing in the discovery and development of ore deposits. He previously held senior exploration management positions with several companies including Battle Mountain Gold and Chevron Minerals. He has been a Director of Ethos Capital Corp., since May 29, 2007 and Endeavour Silver Corp. (Formerly Endeavour Gold Corp.) since July 25, 2002. He served as Director of Ethos Gold Corp., since May 29, 2007 until June 16, 2015. He served as a Director of Crowflight Minerals Inc., since June 2003 and Largo Resources Ltd., since May 14, 2003. Mr. Walton is an active member of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Mineralogical Association of Canada, the Society of Economic Geologists, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and the British Columbia & Yukon Chamber of Mines. He is a Professional Geologist with 34 years experience in the mining sector, specializing in the exploration and development of ore deposits throughout North and South America. Mr. Walton is a Professional Geoscientist and holds P.Geo Degree. He received a B.Sc. Geology (Honours) degree, University of Alberta in 1974. and an M.Sc. Geology degree, Queen's University in 1978.

Mr. Dale Mah, B.Sc., P.Geo., has been Vice President of Corporate Development at Endeavour Silver Corp. since June 01, 2016. Mr. Mah is a professional geologist with 20 years of experience in the mining industry. He has wealth of technical experience and analytical skills needed in order to generate, evaluate and negotiate M&A opportunities in the silver mining sector. He has held senior positions in mineral exploration, investment research and project evaluation throughout his career. As a result, his knowledge of the capital markets, investment banking, equity research, precious and base metals project management and valuation, financial modeling, mine economics and reserve and resource estimation are a good fit with Endeavour's management team. From 1996 to 2009, he focused on the exploration for and discovery of mineral deposits in Canada for Cominco, BHP Billiton and other companies. He moved into more senior technical and management roles from 2006 to 2010 with Tahera Diamond Corp and Olivut Resources. Mr. Mah served as Vice President of Geology at Quintana Resources Capital ULC. He served as an Analyst at Dundee Capital Markets Inc., Research Division for three years. He covered the junior gold and silver research. Prior to this, Mr. Mah served as an Equity Research Analyst at Mackie Research Capital Corporation, Research Division and since June 2010. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, PDAC and AMEBC. Mr. Mah graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a Specialization in Geology from the University of Alberta in 1996.
