Mr. Michael H. Port has been Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Energy Focus, Inc. since March 2017. Mr. Port has been Controller of Energy Focus, Inc. since July 2015. Mr. Port served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Secretary of Energy Focus, Inc. from August 15, 2016 to December 12, 2016. From 2010 to July 2015, he was as a Consultant of Resources Global Professionals ( RGP), where he also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Director of External Reporting for industrial and manufacturing customers. Prior to joining Resources Global Professionals, Mr. Port held various senior level executive positions at both private and public companies, including Mork Process, Inc., an international manufacturer of industrial cleaning equipment, Oglebay Norton Company, a great lakes shipping and industrial minerals company and Hitachi Medical Systems of America, a distributor of diagnostic imaging products. He began his career at Ernst & Young, focusing on entrepreneurial growth companies. Mr. Port is CPA and has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve and a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Wayne Steinhoff has been the Chief Revenue Officer of Energy Focus, Inc. since September 12, 2016. Mr. Steinhoff is responsible for overseeing Energy Focus' sales, business development and customer service operations. He forged his lighting career at Osram Sylvania Ltd. After progressing through a number of sales, marketing and strategic planning roles, he went on to become a member of the senior executive management team, where he held the positions of Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Precision Materials & Components Division, President of Osram Sylvania Canada and Vice President & General Manager of three separate divisions - including the LED Lighting business. He then joined Fawoo LED Technology as North America President and Chief Executive Officer, followed by his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alternative Lighting Technologies. Most recently, he was Principal at GPL Group, where he consulted primarily for LED lighting companies and financial firms that were investing in or acquiring LED lighting companies. Mr. Steinhoff is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and of the Babson College Consortium for Executive Development program.

William Wright serves as the Vice President of Operations of Energy Focus, Inc.. William started at Energy Focus, Inc. in Oct of 2016. William currently resides in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area.

Larry Fallon serves as the SVP Sales and Marketing of Energy Focus, Inc.. Larry started at Energy Focus, Inc. in Apr of 2017. Larry currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Tim Grindstaff serves as the Vice President, Business Development - MMBU of Energy Focus, Inc.. Tim currently resides in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area.

Gail Thakarar serves as the Chief People Officer of Energy Focus, Inc.. Gail currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
