Mr. Ian E. Dickinson has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Enservco Corporation since May 10, 2017. Mr. Dickinson is a well-rounded senior executive, who has a strong track record in the areas of private equity, oilfield service equipment, M&A and finance. Prior to joining Caddis, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Oilfield Equipment Company from its acquisition by Altira Group, LLC in February, 2012 to July, 2016. He joined Enservco Corporation from Caddis Capital Investments, LLC ( Caddis), where he was a Partner since July, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Startek, Inc. from March 2011 to February, 2012 and as Managing Director at Slalom Consulting, LLC from October, 2009 to March, 2011. Prior assignments include Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance Positions with a number of emerging growth companies. His previous experience includes Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Development roles at several private equity and venture capital backed companies. He began his career in various and expanding leadership roles in finance and M&A at Quest Communications (acquired by CenturyLink), Nextel (acquired by Sprint), and ADT Security Services. He is a Member of Young President Organization Colorado Chapter. He serves as a Director at Premier Oilfield Equipment Co. He has been a Director at Enservco Corporation since May 9, 2017. He serves on the Board of Directors of Fox Management, LLC (a non-reporting company) and the ACE Scholarships Advisory Board. Mr. Dickinson is a Graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

Mr. Tucker L. Franciscus has been the Chief Financial Officer at Enservco Corporation since July 17, 2017. Mr. Franciscus served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tracker Resource Development, LLC until July 2017. Mr. Franciscus served an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Petroflow Energy Ltd. from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Franciscus served as Vice President of Strategic Development at PYR Energy Corporation from September 2004 to May 30, 2007 and served as its Corporate Secretary until May 30, 2007. He served as financial consultant of Petroflow. Mr. Franciscus joined PYR Energy Corporation from Stifel Nicolaus & Company, where he oversaw their Investment Banking Energy Group practice from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Franciscus was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings and private placements for all of Stifel's energy clients. Prior to working at Stifel, Mr. Franciscus served as Senior Associate and Manager for The Global Energy Group at J.P. Morgan in New York and an Associate in the Deutsche Banc BT Wolfensohn Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He was employed at Bluegate Creek II Energy Partnership. Mr. Franciscus has executed equity, debt, mergers and acquisitions and other financing transactions in various industries including defense, energy, media and telecom. For five years preceding his banking experience, Mr. Franciscus worked in various marketing and finance positions in the oil and gas sector, including Synder Oil and KN Energy (Interenergy). He served as Commissioned Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. He has been a Director of Enservco Corporation SINCE July 17, 2017. Mr. Franciscus studied MBA from the Daniels college of Business at the University of Denver in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1991.

Mr. Dustin Bradford has been Chief Accounting Officer of Enservco Corp. since December 2017 and serves as its Controller. Mr. Bradford has been with Enservco Corp. since June 2017.
