Mr. David Eisenbud has been Managing Director of Sales for the Eastern United States and Canada at EnSync, Inc. since January 31, 2017. With more than 20 years of experience in sustainable energy businesses, Mr. Eisenbud's work spans senior management positions in commercial and utility energy development, as well as project financing at companies such as SunEdison, Solar Grid Storage and TSMC Solar across the Americas. In 2007, he launched and was general manager of SunPower Canada, a subsidiary of SunPower Corporation dedicated to utility-scale solar power plant development, project acquisition and commercial PV system sales, as well as held various development positions within PowerLight Corporation, a widely recognized pioneer in solar power. Mr. Eisenbud holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University and a BS in Economics (Finance) from Lehigh University.

Mr. Frederick Vaske, also known as Fred, has been Principal Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of EnSync, Inc. since September 21, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Structured Finance since December 2015. Mr. Vaske served as Vice President of Project Finance at 8minutenergy Renewables LLC since August 2015. He served as Vice President of Project Finance at Recurrent Energy, LLC (alternate name Recurrent Energy, Inc.). He led the Project Finance group and was responsible for securing debt and equity financing for Recurrent Energy's transactions worldwide. He established the utility project finance groups as an Executive at Hanwha Q CELLS USA. He has more than 20 years of experience in project and asset finance, valuation and consulting. He served as Director of Structured Finance for SunPower Corporation, where he structured and negotiated power purchase agreements with U.S. commercial customers and led the sale of $100 million of solar PV project portfolios to Morgan Stanley and GE Energy Financial Services. Prior to entering the solar industry, he spent a decade in the big-ticket asset finance industry, including 7 years with GATX Capital where he served as a Vice President in the Structured Finance group and led the financing of portfolios of aircraft, railroad rolling stock and technology assets. Mr. Vaske holds an MA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
