Christina Lucas became the President of Envista Forensics in 2020 after nine years as a visionary leader in the insurance industry. As President, she provides strategic guidance on developing, communicating, executing, and achieving the company's objectives to further its mission. Christina is focused on promoting an innovative and technology-focused environment within the company. As General Manager of AIG Bulgaria, she received market recognition by transforming an existing division into the 2019 Employer of the Year. She also served as the Asia-Pacific Claims Operations Officer in Tokyo, Japan, leading a team of 300 people responsible for standardizing and simplifying claims operations across Asia, and as Head of Claims Operations – LAC region, where she dramatically reduced costs, introduced process improvements, and streamlined operations across 14 countries. Prior to her role at AIG, Christina worked at top-tier consulting firms, including Deloitte, where she participated in an elite strategy team to revitalize relationships with the firm's top 60 clients, and Booz Allen, where she developed new programs and exceeded annual sales targets. Christina holds a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University as well as a Masters of Information Technology from American Intercontinental University. In both 2017 and 2021, she was recognized as one of Miami's Most Influential and Powerful Black Professionals.

Don Skaff is the Executive Vice President of Envista Forensics. He is responsible for the U.S. Consulting, Sales, and Operations groups, as well as the Technical Services and Development group. In his 28 years with the company, Don has served as a Consultant, District Manager, Managing Director, and Senior Vice President. He moved into his current role in 2017. Don graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo in 1992 and received his MBA from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2010. He is known for providing thought leadership in the industry through informational presentations and panels at large conferences and events. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI).

Maren Polakoski joined Envista Forensics in October 2021. Her role as the company's COO is to serve as a true business partner, supporting the company's strategic business goals while also enhancing our operational processes, specifically as it relates to cycle time, client service, and employee experience. Bringing a wealth of strategy development, operations, and leadership experience to Envista and AREPA, Maren was most recently Head of Global Claims Engagement & Solutions Innovation at AIG, where she delivered comprehensive operations support, services, and strategic oversight across the enterprise organization. During her decade-long career at AIG, Maren oversaw their Global Shared Services group and Real Estate Strategy. She also held leadership roles overseeing Casualty Claims Operations, as well as Strategy, Operations, and Innovation. Central to her success in these roles is Maren's aptitude for developing turnkey processes that support businesses' emerging products while meeting the ever-changing customer needs of a multinational client base. A Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Maren earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in ACS (American Chemical Society) Certified Chemistry and Forensic Chemistry from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Lenny Alexander joined Envista Forensics in August 2021. As Chief Experience Officer, he oversees end-to-end client experience for the company’s global engineering and technical divisions across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Lenny has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. His past positions have made him uniquely qualified to speak to the concerns of carriers, adjusters, attorneys, as well as the broker and policy holder. He is passionate about superior customer service and client impact throughout the life cycle of a loss, resulting in a fair resolution for all parties.

Laura Juarez joined Envista Forensics as Chief Financial Officer in November 2017. She leads Envista's global finance and accounting departments responsible for financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Laura supports the design and financial execution of strategy for the global company and is also responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Laura began her career in public accounting, holding various finance and accounting roles at both publicly traded and PE-backed companies, including the role of corporate controller. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received her B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois, followed by an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Laura also holds board member positions at various non-profits and is passionate about creating supportive learning environments for youth.

Jennifer Gaster is the Vice President of Marketing at Envista Forensics. She is responsible for all aspects of Envista’s marketing efforts including strategy, client insights, digital marketing, thought leadership, and customer communications. Jennifer joined Envista in 2007 and has held various roles within the organization during its extensive growth over the last 13+ years. Prior to joining Envista, Jennifer worked as an Account Executive for a leading educational publisher, where she provided customized client solutions, delivering educational content, software, and services for pre-K through postgraduate clients. Jennifer is a Member of Chief and group leader with the Chicago Area Runner’s Association. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from DePaul University and has completed Northwestern Kellogg’s “Kellogg on Branding” executive education program.

Brooke Trosclair has been with Envista for over 15 years, where she’s led her team through both organic and acquisition growth, negotiated countless contracts, built long-standing relationships with colleagues and clients alike, and even had the opportunity to soak up the insurance world in full in a summer stint in London. Brooke is currently the Vice President of Sales, working out of Houston, TX. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University. Shortly thereafter she began her career with Envista, formerly PT&C, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2005 where she assisted with various tasks supporting Hurricane Katrina response. Throughout her career, Brooke has held several different sales roles at Envista ranging from the very first salesperson to sales leadership roles where she has managed various countries across the globe.

Jewel Evans-Darrington is Envista's Chief People Officer, joining the team in July 2020. She is responsible for leading and overseeing Envista's global people and culture strategy, including attracting talent, team member experience, and people development. One of Jewel's main focuses is developing and managing programs that will drive business success and allow employees to realize their full potential. Jewel has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on financial services and professional services. She amassed deep industry knowledge based on her tenure at Farmers Insurance as well as in both U.S.-based and international roles at Zurich Insurance. Jewel earned her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and her certifications include SHRM-CP (Society Human Resources Certified Professional) and SPHRi (Senior HR Professional international). Jewel is passionate in her support for community outreach programs, including serving as a board member of an organization committed to supporting and advocating for girls and young women involved with the juvenile justice system by providing them with opportunities to envision and build successful lives.
