Mr. Gary E. Muenster has been the Chief Financial Officer at ESCO Technologies Inc. since October 2002 and has been its Executive Vice President since February 11, 2008 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Muenster has served in a number of senior financial management positions with the Company with increasing responsibilities. Mr. Muenster was employed by one of the world's largest international certified public accounting firms, KPMG LLP. In this role, Mr. Muenster served as Client Manager, auditing and providing financial, accounting and Securities and Exchange Commission compliance services to several of St. Louis??? largest publicly-traded global manufacturing companies, including Emerson Electric Co. Mr. Muenster serves as the Vice President and Treasurer of Distribution Control Systems Caribe, Inc. He served as senior Vice President of ESCO Technologies Inc. from October 2005 to February 11, 2008 and as Vice President from October 1, 2002 to November 2005. He also served as Vice President and Controller at ESCO from February 2000 to October 2002. From October 1994 to May 1998, Mr. Muenster served as a Controller of ESCO Technologies Inc. He has been a Director of ESCO Technologies Inc since February 2011. He serves as a Director of Distribution Control Systems Caribe, Inc. Mr. Muenster received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Louis University. In addition, Mr. Muenster holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license from the State of Missouri.
