Mr. Fred Horn serves as a Senior Vice President and Director of Merchant Services at Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Esquire Bank, Mr. Horn served as Senior Vice President at Merrick Bank for 11 years where he started and directed a merchant service program which became the sixteenth largest such program in the country. Mr. Horn joined Esquire Bank in 2012 to start up a merchant services program in order to generate processing fee income and increase demand deposits. Mr. Horn served for 25 years at Summit Bank, Princeton, New Jersey (acquired by Bank of America), where he held a number of senior officer positions including directing merchant services, an American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit card portfolio and a top 10 US Visa debit card program.

Mr. Ari P. Kornhaber Esq. serves as National Marketing Director of Plaintiff Funding Corporation. Mr. Kornhaber manages One Hour Funding, the post-settlement funding program at Plaintiff Funding Corporation. He serves as Executive Vice President at Esquire Bank and has been Director of Sales since 2013. From 2004 to 2013. Mr. Kornhaber practiced personal injury litigation in New York City with the law firm of Pariser and Vogelman. He serves as Executive Vice President and Director of Sales at Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. He also litigated for Napoli, Kaiser and Bern, where he specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice and mass tort litigation. Mr. Kornhaber has spoken about litigation finance and ethics at seminars and meetings across the United States.

Mr. Eric S. Bader serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Esquire Bank and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Bader has been Executive Vice President of Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. since February 2011 and has been its Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary since January 2009.

Mr. Dennis Shields Co-Founded YieldStreet, Inc. in 2014 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Evangelist. Mr. Shields serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Westbury Management Group. He founded Esquire Bank in February 2000. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Plaintiff Funding Corporation since 2000, which he Co-founded in 2000. He serves as Executive Chairman of Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. and has been its Director since 2006. Mr. Shields served as Executive Vice President of Complete Management, Inc. He has been the pioneer in specialty financing for over 20 years. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Shield Capital Corporation from June 1996 to May 2002. He was Founder of Health Shield. Mr. Shields served as a Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Medical Management Inc. from 1992 to 1996. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Esquire Bank and LawCash. He served as a Co-Chairman at Esquire Bank. He served as a Vice Chairman of Esquire Bank. Mr. Shields has been Director of Plaintiff Funding Corporation since 2000. He served as a Director of Medical Management Inc. from 1992 to 1996. He is a 2-term lay member of the Grievance Committee of the Bar Association in the Second and Eleventh Judicial Departments in New York. He is a visionary and has made over 25 investments. He is a published author of 2 books, an actor and a philanthropist.
