Mr. Vijay Bhasin has been the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President at Essent Group Ltd. and Essent Guaranty, Inc. since 2009. Mr. Bhasin has significant mortgage finance industry expertise, including multiple senior management positions specializing in mortgage risk, modeling and analytics. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Bhasin served as the Managing Director of Countrywide Financial Corporation/Bank of America with responsibility for capital assessment, asset liability management, counterparty credit risk measurement and structured credit analytics. Mr. Bhasin held several management positions with Freddie Mac, including Vice President for Credit and Prepayment Modeling and held research positions with Fannie Mae and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Mr. Bhasin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Southern Illinois University and a PhD in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Mr. Lawrence E. McAlee, also known as Larry, CPA, Jr. serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Essent US Holdings, Inc. Mr. McAlee has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Essent Group Ltd. and Essent Guaranty, Inc. since 2009. Mr. McAlee has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, controls and risk management. He served as the Chief Enterprise Risk Management Officer at Santander Holdings USA, Inc. since April 30, 2004 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer since 2002, General Auditor and Senior Vice President. He served as a Chief Enterprise Risk Management Officer of Sovereign Bank, National Association. His responsibilities at Sovereign included corporate and business unit accounting, external reporting, operational risk, securitization and investor reporting, implementation and oversight of the Sarbanes-Oxley financial reporting controls program, loan and credit review and the corporate internal audit department. He was a Partner in the Philadelphia office of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. McAlee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.

Ms. Mary Lourdes Gibbons has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary at Essent Guaranty, Inc. since 2008. Ms. Gibbons has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary of Essent Group Ltd. since 2008. She has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. From 2003 to 2008, Ms. Gibbons served as Chief Legal Officer of Wilmington Finance, Inc., a mortgage lender. Ms. Gibbons began her career at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and White and Williams LLP, a law firm. Ms. Gibbons mortgage-related experience includes senior roles at ContiMortgage Corp. and Advanta Mortgage Corp. Ms. Gibbons holds a BS in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a JD from The Delaware Law School.

Mr. David B. Weinstock has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Essent Group Ltd. since 2009. Mr. Weinstock served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Advanta Corp. from March 2001 to September 2009, which he joined in 1998. Mr. Weinstock served as the Controller of Advanta Corp. from April 1999 to October 1999 and was promoted as its Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to Advanta Corp., Mr. Weinstock served as Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1996 to 1998, where he audited public and private companies and provided business advisory and consulting services to financial services companies. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting and controls. He holds a BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Joseph G. Hissong, also known as Joe, has been the President of Essent Reinsurance Ltd of Essent Group Ltd. since May 2015. Mr. Hissong has been Senior Vice President at Essent Group Ltd., May 2015. He has over 25 years of experience, specializing in strategy development and executing upon new business initiatives associated with international reinsurance transactions and strategic investment opportunities. He served as President of Cartesian Re Management Company from 2013 to 2015. prior to joining Cartesian Re, he worked for Parnterre, Ltd. from 2003 to 2013. He also served as Executive Director and Head of Private Equity/Strategic Investments at Cartesian Re Management Company, where he sponsored partnerre's original investment in essent. earlier in his career, Mr. Hissong served as a Managing Director of Swiss Re financial services group and as a Partner in the law firm Leboeuf, Lamb, Greene & Macrae Llp. He served as a Director of Essent Group Ltd. Mr. Hissong holds a BS in Mathematics and Philosophy from Fordham University and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
