Mr. Hart Singh has been Senior Vice President of Engineering at Evolving Systems, Inc. since June 19, 2017 and has been its General Manager of India since March 13, 2017. Mr. Singh served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Evolving Systems, Inc. since March 13, 2017 until June 19, 2017. Mr. Singh joined Evolving Systems in February 2017. Mr. Singh is the Founder of OpCenter LLC and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He is a serial entrepreneur, starting in 1999 with a Pasadena Incubator/Venture fund where he led startups focused on monetizing frequent flyer miles and a Police Dept ERP (Enforsys.com) that is a market leader with 650 police departments in 10 US states. He then bootstrapped his own company to create ERPs in the cloud including Quickbooks on your iPhone and BeerRun ERP that became a market leader resulting in the successful sale to NASDAQ: PAYD. Prior to his start-up journey, he worked at C-DoT (India) to head a mission on Electronic Banking with Sam Pitroda and Jairam Ramesh that led to the creation of the Stockholding Corporation of India. As Co-Founder of the National Cloud Technologists Association, he teaches Cloud Technologies, Cloud Architecture and Design and Cloud Operations at NJIT. As Adjunct Faculty, he has also taught Technology and Entrepreneurship to undergraduates and MBA's at Rutgers, NYU Poly and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Singh is a member of the Intuit Speakers Bureau. Mr. Singh has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and received his MBA from MIT's Sloan School.

Dr. Donald Stone, also known as Don, Ph.D., has been Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Evolving Systems Inc. since March 7 2016. Dr. Stone served as Vice President of Research & Development at Evolving Systems Inc. since September 30, 2015 until March 7 2016. Dr. Stone served as the Chief Technology Officer of Sixth Sense Media. He served as the Chief Architect at RateIntegration and has led development since company inception. He has over 18 years of experience in the design and implementation of large-scale and mission-critical software systems. His background includes real time systems, e-commerce systems, transaction processing systems and networking systems. Prior to joining RateIntegration, he spent five years at IBM, most recently as the lead architect of the IBM WebSphere Payment Manager. Dr. Stone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Eric Hatton serves as Senior Vice President of Solutions at Evolving Systems, Inc. Mr. Hatton joined Evolving Systems in November 2012 and is responsible for Customer Acquisition and Network Services. He started out as Senior Product Director and has driven the introduction of new products, new technologies and new ways to address the go to market model in that time. A 20-year veteran of the telecom industry, he has successfully delivered significant products and projects affecting billions of people all over the globe, including, among many others, the earliest data prepaid charging IN systems, online charging systems, interconnection standards, OSS management systems and mPOS solutions. A unique blend of software technical consultancy background and rich commercial experience has enabled him to become a leading director of product/solution lines, succeeding in delivering new products to market in numerous telecom market domains and driving legacy product lines to achieve new heights in revenue and margin. Prior to joining Evolving Systems, Mr. Hatton held Senior Product Management roles in Amdocs, Telcordia, Acision, Logica and Admiral Computing.

Mr. Adhish Kulkarni has been Co-Chief Executive Officer at Lumata UK Limited since December 19, 2016 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer until December 19, 2016. Mr. Kulkarni serves as Senior Vice President of Solutions at Evolving Systems, Inc. He has been Global Head of Products & CRM at Soul Communications Pty Ltd. (B Digital Ltd.) since March 2010. Mr. Kulkarni serves as a Managing Director of Buongiorno Marketing Services UK Ltd. He has over 15 years of experience in the Telecoms and Mobile Marketing industries. He served as Head of Products & CRM at Buongiorno. He served as Managing Director of B!Digital UK. He was part of the management team at Flytxt. He joined Flytxt in 2002 leading projects and managing strategic relationships with key clients across the Media & Entertainment, Telecoms and Financial Services sectors. He has also spearheaded Flytxt's work within the mobile reward & loyalty space and is the architect behind Orange Wednesdays, the industry leading mobile redemption Programme in UK Cinemas. Prior to joining Flytxt, Mr. Kulkarni served as an experienced Manager at Accenture within the Strategy & Business Architecture service line, focusing on communications, media & entertainment across Europe and Asia for 6 years. Mr. Kulkarni holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France) and B.Sc. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA).

Mr. Richard Lewis has been Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Evolving Systems, Inc. since July 10, 2017. Mr. Lewis joined Evolving Systems following the acquisition of Business Logic Systems (BLS). He has over 32 years experience in international business expansion in the telecom and technology space. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Business Logic Systems Limited since February 2016, where he was responsible for driving the BLS's turnaround strategy and expanding its global footprint whilst improving cash flow and profitability. In 2014, he became Global Chief Sales Officer of BLS and expanded his role and the BLS's presence in Asia-Pacific. Mr. Lewis served as Chief Sales Officer for EMEA and Latam at Business Logic Systems Limited since October 2009. He spearheaded Business Logic Systems' drive to increase its customer base in Africa, Middle East and Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Business Logic Systems, he founded and managed Expedite Consulting Ltd., where he advised a range of organizations on international business development. He nurtured a start-up business in the telecoms Customer Care & Billing space from inception in 1989 until it flourished as one of the world's largest providers of CCBS to mobile operators. He held a number of senior roles at various software and technology firms serving the international telecom industry which include International Sales & Marketing Director at Computer Answers International. Mr. Lewis served as an Accountant before joining a start-up company in the computer industry in 1984. He is a technology and telecoms veteran and hugely experienced and knowledgeable sales professional. He excels at spotting business opportunities and turning ideas into reality. Mr. Lewis was engaged in the sunrise micro-computer industry, specializing in selling computerized accounting solutions for IBM, Apple and others. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Leadpath Nigeria. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics, Business Finance and Accountancy from Manchester University.

Mr. Mo Firouzabadian has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Lumata Group Ltd since July 1, 2016. Mr. Firouzabadian serves Senior Vice President of Sales at Evolving Systems, Inc. He has over 13 years of experience in telecoms and mobile marketing and has lead strategic projects with key clients across retail, media, telecommunications and device manufacturers. He has expertise in strategy, marketing, product development, CRM, sales and organisational transformation. Former employment includes; Buongiorno where he created the loyalty and customer value management lines of business as well as setting up Buongiorno's operations in Turkey. Mr. Firouzabadian holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Xavier Aguirre serves as the Regional Vice President Sales of Evolving Systems. Xavier currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.
