Mr. Philip Hartstein, known as Phil, has been the President of Finjan Holdings, Inc. since June 3, 2013 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since July 10, 2014. Mr. Hartstein served as the President of Converted Organics Inc. Previously, he served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with IP Navigation Group a full-service patent monetization firm from 2012 to 2013. He served as Managing Director with Rembrandt IP, a firm that specializes in investing in and monetizing infringed intellectual property, from 2009 to 2012. Preivously, Mr. Hartstein served as a Director with IPotential in the patent brokerage group, a director and Member of Ocean Tomo's management team overseeing both the patent analytics and IP acquisitions groups, working as an in-house IP manager for a medical device start-up and as a patent engineer for boutique IP law firm.

Ms. Julie Mar-Spinola has been the Chief Intellectual Property Officer at Finjan Holdings, Inc. since March 25, 2015 and has been its Vice President of Legal Operations since February 3, 2014. Ms. Mar-Spinola is a Co-Founder of ChIPs Network, Inc. (ChIPs), and serves as its Chairman. She has over 26 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining Finjan, she was Interim General Counsel for core system BIOS firm, Phoenix Technologies, Ltd., where she successfully helped close the acquisition of system optimization software company, iolo technologies. Prior to Phoenix, Ms. Mar-Spinola was Vice President, Legal for thin film solar start-up, Alta Devices, Inc., where she architected and launched Alta's worldwide patent strategy, growing its U.S. patent portfolio over 200% during an 18-month period. Before Alta Devices, she was the Vice President, Global Affairs for worldwide semiconductor manufacturer Atmel Corporation. Ms. Mar-Spinola joined Atmel from international law firm Heller Ehrman, where, being the firm's first patent attorney, she played a key role in the formation of Heller Ehrman's highly successful IP litigation group. She serves as a Board Member of Women's Audio Mission (WAM). Ms. Mar-Spinola is a certified mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, specializing in patent disputes. She is a registered patent attorney and admitted to the California State Bar.

Michael Noonan serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Finjan Holdings. Michael started at Finjan Holdings in October of 2014. Michael currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
