Mr. Donald Kafka has been the Chief Operating Officer of First Bancorp. and Firstbank Puerto Rico since January 12, 2015. Mr. Kafka has been Executive Vice President at First Bancorp. since January 2015. Mr. Kafka supervises the areas of Banking Operations, Marketing and Public Relations, Human Resources, Real Estate and Enterprise Architecture. Mr. Kafka is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of financial services experience in the United States, Latin America and Asia with diverse positions in institutions such as Banesco International Corp, First Southern Bancorp and Citibank. Mr. Kafka served as Chief Financial Officer of First Southern Bank (Boca Raton, FL) until February 2010. Mr. Kafka began his professional career with Citibank from 1982 to 2002, where he served multiple domestic and international executive management positions, including Chief Operating Officer of the Florida based Consumer Latin America North Division, President of the Retail Businesses in Venezuela and in Thailand, Chief Operating Officer of the Consumer Latin America North Division and directed strategic planning, business development, financial management and day to day operations, interacting with specialized regional functional and product support areas. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Kafka served as the General Manager for Banesco International Corp. In 2003, he joined Florida-based First Southern Bancorp. Mr. Kafka served at First Southerns as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2010 and served as the Chief Investment Officer from 2010 to 2012. At First Southern, he participated in meetings of the Audit Committee and the Treasury and Finance Committee, headed the banks Asset and Liability Committee and served as a Trustee of the bank's 401(k) Plan. Mr. Kafka has Bachelor degree in Engineering from Princeton University and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Mr. F. Stephen Ward has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The First Bancorp, Inc. since 1994. Mr. Ward has been Chief Financial Officer of First National Bank and Pemaquid Advisors since 1993. He has been an Executive Vice President of The First Bancorp, Inc. and First National Bank since 2005. He serves as Principal Accounting Officer at The First Bancorp, Inc. He serves as Principal of Pemaquid Advisors at The First Bancorp, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of First National Bank since 1993. He joined the First National Bank in 1990. He served as Assistant Vice President and Marketing Officer of First National Bank from 1990 to 1993. From 1978 to 1990, Mr. Ward was employed by Down East Enterprises, Inc.

Susan A. Norton has been employed by First National Bank (the Bank) since 1992 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Compliance in 2005. In January 2009, Ms. Norton was promoted to Executive Vice President and in January 2017 she was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Norton has also served as Assistant Compliance Officer and Education Officer. She currently holds the position of CRA Officer and Compliance Officer for First Bancorp, Inc. and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Ms. Elsie M. Alvarez serves as Senior Vice President of First Bank. Ms. Alvarez served as Business Group Manager of Miami Agency and Operations Manager - Miami Agency of First BanCorp since November 2004. She has 23 years of experience in the banking industry.

Mr. Eric P. Credle has been the Chief Financial Officer of First Bancorp since 1997 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Credle has been Chief Financial Officer of First Bank N.C. since 1997 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He has been employed by First Bancorp and First Bank N.C. since 1997.

Richard M. Elder was promoted to Vice President of Retail Services of First Bancorp, Inc. in 2001, to Senior Vice President in 2005 and to Executive Vice President in 2016. In January 2017, Mr. Elder was named Executive Vice President/Treasurer of First National Bank. Mr. Elder previously served as Manager of the Bank's Boothbay Harbor branch and Senior Commercial Loan Officer.

Mr. Charles A. Wootton has been an Executive Vice President of TThe First Bancorp, Inc. since 2005 and its Clerk since 2002. Mr. Wootton has been an Executive Vice President of First National Bank since 2005 and has been Senior Loan Officer of First National Bank since 2001. He served as Senior Vice President of Banking Services since 2001. He served as Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer of The First Bancorp, Inc. He joined First National Bank of Damariscotta in January 2000. From 1981 to 2000, he served as Vice President, Branch Administration Officer and Commercial Loan Officer of Camden National Bank a subsidiary of Camden National Corp., and its Vice President since 1996.

Mr. Cassan A. Pancham has been an Executive Vice President of FirstBank Puerto Rico and First Bancorp., since October 2005. Mr. Pancham has been an Executive Vice President for First BanCorp. since October 2005. He served as an Eastern Caribbean Region Executive of FirstBank Puerto Rico. He served as First Senior Vice President - Eastern Caribbean Region Executive of First BanCorp. from October 2002 to October 2005. He served as the President of FirstExpress, Inc., and First Insurance Agency, Inc. He held the following positions at JP Morgan Chase Bank Eastern Caribbean Region Banking Group: Vice President and General Manager, from December 1999 to October 2002; Vice President, Business, Professional and Consumer Executive, from July 1998 to December 1999; Deputy General Manager from March 1999 to December 1999 and Vice President, Consumer Executive, from December 1997 to 1998. He served as Chairman of JP Morgan Chase since January, 2008. He served as a Member of the Governing Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority since June 2007. He served as a Director of FirstExpress, Inc.
