It was a tech company run by a business man who doesn't know tech. It had a good old boy feel to the work culture. If you didn't allow the VP's to verbally or mentally abuse you, there was no way for you to move up in the company.

They did not pay the customer care team enough for dealing with their angry Karens and the glitchy software that never worked.

The leadership team does not lead they dictate. The worst management I've ever experienced. Very tone deaf and out of touch with reality.

One of the VP's refused to interview me because he was too busy. and the CEO turned his nose up at me (for whatever reason maybe it was my skin tone) I should have saw that as a red flag.
