What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is likely to have all the responsibility to help to grow your team members and i got that support from my team manager . One thing i like the best about team leadership is to achieve your goals and help your team to be achieved the same

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team does not lead they dictate. The worst management I've ever experienced. Very tone deaf and out of touch with reality.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's totally depends upon our work.its the best thing.
I get pain sick days due to my work experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They did not pay the customer care team enough for dealing with their angry Karens and the glitchy software that never worked.
I would feel better if I got paid more money. I did less at other places, and I got paid more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Listen carefully They are giving so much respect
Everyone is just doing their best.
the customer care team is sharp and tech savvy and they have really thick skin.
Everyone does their job well, they're easy to deal with, and everyone is a self-starter
Everyone is well organized with their time. No one tries to step on each others toes for money.

Everyone is so welcoming frm the first day I started working there.

New progressive, tech savvy leaders.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very good and knowledgeable
It was with one person, not a group of people.
That everyone was so patient with me. I am naturally shy when it comes to big things like interviews and big crowds.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
One of the VP's refused to interview me because he was too busy. and the CEO turned his nose up at me (for whatever reason maybe it was my skin tone) I should have saw that as a red flag.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The software is very glitchy and the company over promises and underdelivers.
