What would you improve about your company's interview process?One of the VP's refused to interview me because he was too busy. and the CEO turned his nose up at me (for whatever reason maybe it was my skin tone) I should have saw that as a red flag.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The software is very glitchy and the company over promises and underdelivers.
