The leadership team does not lead they dictate. The worst management I've ever experienced. Very tone deaf and out of touch with reality.
They did not pay the customer care team enough for dealing with their angry Karens and the glitchy software that never worked.
I would feel better if I got paid more money. I did less at other places, and I got paid more.

New progressive, tech savvy leaders.
One of the VP's refused to interview me because he was too busy. and the CEO turned his nose up at me (for whatever reason maybe it was my skin tone) I should have saw that as a red flag.
The software is very glitchy and the company over promises and underdelivers.
