Dr. Christine P. Bellon, also known as Chris, Ph.D., J.D., has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. since November 14, 2017. Dr. Bellon served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Relay Therapeutics, Inc. She served as Vice President of IP & Legal Affairs of Hydra Biosciences Inc. since October 2008. Dr. Bellon served as an Assistant General Counsel of Intellectual Property at Infinity Pharmaceuticals. She served as Director of Intellectual Property and Senior Patent Counsel at Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She served as Patent Counsel at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for the Wyeth's small molecule cardiovascular and metabolic disease patent portfolio and structural biology patent portfolio. She spent 5 years with Blueprint Medicines serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs. She has over 20 years of global experience in legal strategy, corporate partnerships and intellectual property, within the public and private Life Sciences sectors. Her background spans a broad spectrum of legal areas. Dr. Bellon served as an attorney in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson P.C., where her practice focused on patent prosecution and client counseling in the areas of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, polymers and biotechnology. Dr. Bellon graduated from Yale University with honors, with a BS in Chemistry. She received a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she did research in ligand accelerated catalysis and asymmetric synthesis. Dr. Bellon studied JD degree from Columbia Law School.

Nick Boivin serves as the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel of FORMA Therapeutics, Inc.. Nick started at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. in March of 2018. Nick currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Christopher Dinsmore serves as the Vice President, Head of Chemistry of FORMA Therapeutics, Inc.. Christopher started at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. in January of 2016. Christopher currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
