Formlabs is great and is starting to shape and morph what was bad about the company into something great. Old mgmt is slowly but surely phasing out, so the next 3 years at formlabs will be exciting for sure.

Formlabs is a great work environtment, but it's stuck in an awkward spot between start-up and established company. More structure is being created, which is great, but there is a noticeable in-group of people who have been with the company the longest, and who gatekeep most decisions.
