    The culture doesn't really need improving. The only thing that needs to be improved is compensation and processes that are lingering from the startup days of Formlabs (aka growing pains).

  • You won't see him often but he works hard to make sure that we are moving in the right direction. The only thing upper management could do better would be to address pressing questions more throughly and get ahead of "band-aid" like solutions.

  • The best you'll find. Work hard, play hard. You are always allowed to take time for yourself (including mental health) if you need it. Get your work done, get rewarded.
