What are some of the best things about your team?Their agility and ability to adapt to change
What is the best part about your compensation package?Salary based with PTO as an Intern
What did you like most about the interview process? My take-home technical test for engineering was done on my own time without monitoring software or a countdown timer - this made the experience much less stressful and more reflective of a true work environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is low for the boston area - they are trying to catch up, but it creates inequity. I recently discovered that I was making less than a much more recent hire with significantly less experience on my team. Annual reviews try to address this, but it's incredibly slow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is well below average market value and is not re-evaluated frequently enough to keep up with the speed of personal growth.
