What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent about where the company is, financially and within the industry. Also transparent about their goals for the same areas.
There is a lot of old mgmt that I feel keeps the company a bit stagnant and unable to advance as fast and as well as they should be able too. If fresh, experienced mgmt came in, it would open many doors internally and externally for Formlabs.
Very open and involved across all levels of the organization. Extremely driven, intelligent, and effective.
They are honest and open about issues and plans in our company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary based with PTO as an Intern
Stock is nice, and the employer-paid portion of the benefits is very generous.
Comp. is all-around excellent. All employees have equity, which is reflected in how much everyone cares about the company. All the standard stuff (health, vision, etc.), plus premiums paid; lunches; incentives to take a bike/public transit to work; unlimited 3D printing!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Their agility and ability to adapt to change
It is a supportive and collaborative culture - everyone is always willing ot take time out of their day to help or answer questions. Everyone is friendly and cares about everyone else on both a personal and professional level.
We all collaboratively band together to accomplish company goals despite the internal barriers and challenges we have to overcome. Also virtual happy hour has always been great with them.
Very driven, results-oriented, good mix of strategic and tactical skills and priorities. Personable and open.
Very intelligent, motivated, autonomous coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most problems are approached with a growth mindset - everything is perceived as solvable if we put in the right effort.
Since the pay is so below market rate, people really are working/being hired for motivation that isn't money related; therefore we have a lot of passion here at the workplace.
Meritocracy and culture of excellence without being internally-competitive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My take-home technical test for engineering was done on my own time without monitoring software or a countdown timer - this made the experience much less stressful and more reflective of a true work environment
The sales interview process was actually done with people who understood sales. It wasn't a generic HR screening nor was it a roleplay. They tried to understand how you would tackle an account, which was productive.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers - Formlabs is full of talented and creative people, with a wide range of interests, hobbies, and skills. I love learning about a totally new topic from someone who is an expert in it.
Being able to have an impact on the future of products and various markets here. I also love hearing customers who invest a lot with the company start off with a great customer experience with service and setup
The people and the opportunities - full autonomy allows you to develop projects and hit your own goals
Projects are challenging, independently managed, impactful to the company.
