Mr. Alex J. Stolyar has been the Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President at Full House Resorts Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Stolyar served as a Managing Director with Union Gaming Group, where he advised clients on all aspects of gaming development, including market feasibility, strategy and project financing. He joined Union in 2014. He served as a Vice President of Corporate Development at Penn National Gaming Inc., since April 2010. Mr. Stolyar assisted and coordinated with the Finance team in the identification and analysis of potential business opportunities available to Penn National including strategic acquisitions, partnerships and new jurisdictions. He also evaluated and supported potential M&A opportunities including transaction structuring and negotiations and serves as a management liaison and provide direction for operational and corporate project teams in carrying out and completed due diligence efforts. He has strong corporate development experience. Mr. Stolyar served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. since May 2008. Mr. Stolyar joined Pinnacle in 2003 as a Finance Associate and also served as its Director of Corporate Development since 2004 and worked closely on Lumiere Place and River City in St. Louis, Sugarcane Bay in Lake Charles, Louisiana and Riviere in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to joining Pinnacle, he served as a Technology Consultant, both with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and independently. Mr. Stolyar holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
