Mrs. Rose M. Sparks serves as the Chief Financial Officer of FutureFuel Chemical Company, Inc. Mrs. Sparks has been Chief Financial Officer of FutureFuel Corp. since June 01, 2013 and served as its Principal Financial Officer from November 8, 2012 to June 01, 2013. Mrs. Sparks has been Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer at FutureFuel Corp. since November 8, 2012 and served as its Secretary. Mrs. Sparks has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of FutureFuel Chemical Company (FFCC) since June 1, 2013 and serves as its Assistant Secretary. She served as the Controller of FutureFuel Chemical Company (FFCC), FutureFuel Corp.'s principal operating subsidiary, since the FutureFuel Corp. 's acquisition of FFCC in 2006 and has over twenty years of experience at the Batesville facility. Prior to acquisition of FutureFuel Chemical Company, Mrs. Sparks worked for Eastman Chemical as the Controller at the Batesville plant. Mrs. Sparks is a licensed certified public accountant.

Mr. Paul M. Flynn has been an Executive Vice President at FutureFuel Corp. since August 27, 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President of Business and Marketing. Mr. Flynn served as an Executive Vice President of Business & Marketing at FutureFuel Chemical Company, Inc. since August 01, 2014. He is a global business executive with 25 years of international experience in over 30 countries in the chemical and biotech industries. For the last six years he has been employed in corporate strategy at Monsanto Company, leading the development of a new biologicals growth platform. Prior to joining Monsanto, he led strategy and business development for Specialty Plastics, a division of Eastman Chemical. There he was highly engaged in leading a strategic transformation of Specialty Plastics into a profitable growth division. He was Eastman's global business manager for automotive and electrical products. He has worked extensively in the Far East, including prior relocations to Osaka, Japan and Singapore. He received an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Polymer Technology from Athlone Institute in Ireland.

Mr. Samuel W. Dortch has been has been Cconsultant of FutureFuel Chemical Company and FutureFuel Corp. since December 31, 2017. He was Executive Vice President of FutureFuel Corp. since August 27, 2015 until December 31, 2017, and served as its General Manager since September 16, 2015. Mr. Dortch served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Futurefuel Chemical Company, the subsidiary of FutureFuel Corp., since August 30, 2010 until December 31, 2017. Mr. Dortch served as the Senior Vice President of Operations - FutureFuel Chemical Company of FutureFuel Corp., from October 15, 2007 to September 1, 2010 and also served as its Vice President of Operations Services from July 30, 2007 to October 14, 2007 and Vice President of Operations from October 14, 2007 to March 13, 2008. He joined Eastman Chemical Company's technical services division in Kingsport, Tennessee as a Development Chemical Engineer in 1972. He served numerous management positions in Kingsport, Batesville and at Eastman Kodak's Kirby, England facility. He served as the Manager of Research and Development of Batesville plant since 2004 and Director of Research and Development since December 2006.

McChesney Gary serves as the Chief Technology Officer for FutureFuel Chemical Company. McChesney started at FutureFuel Chemical Company in November of 2006. McChesney is based in the Jonesboro, Arkansas Area.

Sam Dortch serves as the Executive VP & General Manager for FutureFuel Chemical Company. Sam started at FutureFuel Chemical Company in August of 2010. Sam is based in the Jonesboro, Arkansas Area.
