We are all respectful to each other and communicating something good or bad is always asked of us to do.

They all have good and fast communication all the time. If I have a question or an issues they always try to answer me as fast as they can.

Interacting with my students and coworkers in the morning. We are all Virtual now but we try to make the environment to be more engaging with each other so that we can interact with other cowokers and make friends with them too.
