Mr. Walter R. Wheeler, also known as Rick, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Geospace Technologies Corporation since January 1, 2014. Mr. Wheeler serves as Director of Geospace Technologies Corporation since November 2015. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Geospace Technologies Corporation from 2012 to December 31, 2013. Mr. Robbin B. Adams has been Chief Project Engineer and Executive Vice President at Geospace Technologies Corporation since January 2012. Mr. Adams is one of leading design engineers and has 30 years of experience in seismic data acquisition system design. Mr. Adams joined Geospace Technologies Corporation in 1997 and previously worked 16 years as a Design Engineer at ION Geophysical Corp. (formerly, Input/Output, Inc.).

Mr. Thomas T. McEntire has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Geospace Technologies Corporation since September 1997 and February 2009 respectively and also serves as its Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. McEntire served as Financial Controller of APS Holding Corporation from February 1995 and held other senior financial management positions since joining APS in 1990. Prior to joining APS, he held various positions with Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. from 1982 to 1990. Mr. McEntire has been a Director of Southwest Electronic Energy Corporation since 2017.

Mr. Michael J. Sheen has been Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Geospace Technologies Corporation since August 1997. Mr. Sheen served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Input/Output, Inc. ('I/O') beginning in 1991 and had held other positions at I/O starting in 1977. He has been a Director of Geospace Technologies Corporation since November 1997.

Robbin Adams serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Project Engineer of Geospace Technologies. Robbin currently resides in the Houston, Texas Area.
