Mr. Lewis Parrish, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Land Corporation since July 16, 2014 and serves as its Assistant Treasurer and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since April 2013. Mr. Parrish is also employed at Gladstone Management Corporation. He joined Gladstone in August 2008. Mr. Parrish's previous experience includes three years in public accounting and three years abroad in Korea teaching English. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Parrish obtained a Bachelors' degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

Mr. John Dellafiora, Jr., also known as Jack, CPA, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Gladstone Management Corporation. Mr. Dellafiora has been the Chief Compliance Officer at Gladstone Lending Corp., since September 2007. He has been the Chief Compliance Officer at Gladstone Land Corporation since November 2012. Mr. Dellafiora has been the Chief Compliance Officer of Gladstone Commercial Corp. since September 2007. Previously, Mr. Dellafiora served in management roles in regulatory compliance, financial and operational risk management, financial reporting and enterprise data management at Fannie Mae. Prior to that, he led attestation engagements at BDO Seidman, where he worked on a diverse set of client industries. Mr. Dellafiora also provided strategic and financial services for an alternative energy developer. Mr. Dellafiora is a C.P.A. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business and a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Michael B. LiCalsi, J.D., serves as General Counsel and Secretary of Gladstone Management Corporation since October 2009 and October 2012 respectively. Additionally, Mr. LiCalsi serves as the President of Gladstone Administration since July 2013 at the firm. He has been a Secretary and General Counsel at Gladstone Land Corporation since October 2012 and October 2009 respectively. Mr. Licalsi serves as Internal Counsel at Gladstone Lending Corp. Mr. Licalsi serves as the General Counsel and Secretary at Gladstone Commercial Corp., and served as its and Internal Counsel, since October 2009. He served as an Assistant Secretary at Gladstone Management Corporation. Mr. Licalsi served as Assistant Secretary at Gladstone Commercial Corp. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the George Mason Law Review from 2004 to 2005. Previously, Mr. LiCalsi served as an Associate Attorney at Baker Botts L.L.P. From 1996 to 2004, Mr. LiCalsi held various positions at TD Waterhouse Investor Services, Inc. including those of Regional and National Vice President. While at TD Waterhouse, Mr. LiCalsi held several securities brokerage licenses, including the Series 9, 10, 63 and 66. He currently holds his series 7 and 24 licenses at Gladstone Securities, LLC. Mr. LiCalsi graduated from George Mason University School of Law and Economics, where he received a J.D. degree and Rutgers College where he received a B.A. degree in History.

Mr. William Reiman, also known as Bill, has been Managing Director of Real Estate at Gladstone Management Corporation since he joined in August 2013. His focus is on the acquisition of agricultural land and facilities in the Western United States, as well as managing the long term leases of those properties. He has been Managing Director at Gladstone Land Corporation since August 05, 2013. Prior to joining The Gladstone Companies, Mr. Reiman built and managed a $25 million strawberry and raspberry farming operation. Previous to that, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Catalinos Berry Farms, LLC. Prior to Catalinos, Mr. Reiman served as Vice President of Western Berry Farms/Aromas Berry Farms. Mr. Reiman has an extensive background in the Agricultural industry and has worked in the strawberry nursery business for several years. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the California Strawberry Commission since 2004, serving as Treasurer, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Reiman served as Member of the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Agricultural Association, where he served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board. His accomplishments in roles center around innovation and progressive strategic planning. Mr. Reiman holds a B.S. in Agricultural Science and Management from University of California, Davis.

Ms. Jennifer A. Smith serves as the Chief Valuation Officer of Gladstone Management Corporation and served as its Valuation Officer since September 2013. Ms. Smith serves as the Chief Valuation Officer of Gladstone Land Corporation and served as Valuation Officer since September 2013. She served as a Senior Vice President of Valuation Department for MCG Capital from 2005 to 2013. Prior to her work at MCG Capital, she was a Senior Associate for FTI Consulting. She serves as Chief Valuation Officer of Gladstone Investment Corporation. Ms. Smith holds a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the University of Virginia.
