Mrs. Birgitte Ringstad Vartdal has been the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Ocean Management AS since April 2016. Mrs. Vartdal served as Chief Financial Officer of Golden Ocean Management AS from June 21, 2010 to April 2016 and served as its Executive Officer since June 21, 2010. Mrs. Vartdal served as the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Ocean Group Limited. Prior to joining Golden Ocean, she held several positions within finance, risk management and investments in the Torvald Klaveness Group, as well as in Norsk Hydro Energy. She served as Vice President of Investments at the Torvald Klaveness Group, where she has also served in several other positions, including Vice President and Head of Commercial Controlling, Risk Manager and Financial Analyst. She was a Structuring Analyst in Hydro Energy. She served as the Chairman of Sevan Drilling Limited since September 18, 2015 until August 25, 2016 and served as its Director since July 23, 2013 until August 25, 2016. She has been a Member of Corporate Assembly at Statoil ASA since May 12, 2016 and of Marine Harvest ASA since June 9, 2016. She serves as a Deputy Member of the Corporate Assembly at Statoil ASA. Mrs. Vartdal holds the degree of MSc in Physics and Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland.

Mr. Thomas Semino has been Chief Commercial Officer of Golden Ocean Management Asia Pte Ltd at Golden Ocean Group Limited since November 01, 2016. Mr. Semino serves as the Head of Dry Freight in Vitol S.A., and has previously been Managing Director of Ocean Freight in Bunge S.A., and also has background from Cargill S.A. and Coeclerici Spa. He has a law degree in Maritime Law from Universita' degli Studi di Genova.

Mr. Per Heiberg has been the Chief Financial Officer of Golden Ocean Management As since April 2016. Mr. Heiberg serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Golden Ocean Group Limited. He has been with the Golden Ocean Management AS since July 2005. He served as Vice President of Finance at Golden Ocean Management As until April 2016 and also served as its Controller since April 2010. Mr. Heiberg holds a Bachelors degree in Administration and Economics.
