My overall experience is okay. It's not a bad company, but it still has a lot of room for improvement. The most important I think is the lack of career growth and advancement.

I think the lack of long-term career prospects is a big deal for most employees. The compensation is decent, but the long-term benefits won't be enough for people who are looking to build up their career.
