What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leaders need to be more accountable with their decisions and actions. They should also provide more growth and advancement opportunities for the employees.
Having open lines of communication with staff. Don't just speedily walk by to say hello but not inquire about morale. Or be able to be seen in department but not available for dialogue.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As long you work you get paid i suppose
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the lack of long-term career prospects is a big deal for most employees. The compensation is decent, but the long-term benefits won't be enough for people who are looking to build up their career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people that want to work
If they work as a team than just eat each other heads off iI had watch an experience coworker cuss out a newer employee in spanish just for a simple mistake when he brought it to HR she say shell handle it but never does it HR doesnt know spanish nor finds a solution to better everything
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be respectful and care about your work not just milking the clock
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It gets challenging once you start training

Take time to find workers who actually care about the job and it's effectiveness.
