Friendly environment, and get stuff done
Hiring more diverse management. Right now, it is all middle-age white men.

Would be better only finding another job
If you are passionate and hardworking person, better look for another company. The only reward for you would be more work until you go completely mad. Best employees have already left the company. Better to stay away unless you are desperate.
