Hiring more diverse management. Right now, it is all middle-age white men.

Hard working and innovative culture.
The culture is great. We have a lot of activities, health initiatives, etc.

Interviews for other positions are fake
They open positions when the candidate has already been identified

Would be better only finding another job
My compensation is nowhere near where it needs to be an I never get bonuses or recognition.
