The energy and positivity with the teammates are so valuable. I come from several negative work environments that this blows all other companies out of the water. Everyone is so uplifting and willing to help out in any way they can.

The WE before ME motto. Everyone will stop what they are doing to be sure you get the help that you need. A lending hand is greatly appreciated and having the option to reach out for help is also a nice treat. Being comfortable with your coworkers enough to request help as needed.
