Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a leading question. I do not feel undervalued. I feel the health benefit choices could be better (PPO instead of POS) and that a base raise (which came for me in a timely and fair manner) warrants discussion of more equity.

when i left for maternity leave at LMN a CPP program was in place which means I now make less coming back compared to my peers despite returning immediately to max capacity
Base compensation is fair. However benefits are not very extensive. Home office stipend is minimal/non-existent, despite valuing in person collaboration, there is no explicit budget dedicated to co-working, no wellness-oriented benefits (gym stipend, wellness stipend).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is trying to figure out the product together
Collaboration, care, drive. I have never worked at a work driven, high performing org and it's a great place to be.
Accountable, professional, dependable. Everyone at SingleOps has a life, family, hobbies, interests, or passions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
At the moment, we don't have a coordinated team. Some of my team members have already been let go, while others are uncertain about their future and waiting for the same outcome. This constant sense of fear and instability makes it very difficult to focus or be productive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a culture for recognizing people who go above and beyond
Forgivness is one of our core values. This really allows for risk taking and growth.
The people we hire. Period! We have amazing people that bring a positive environment that is a grind.
Communication and alignment from top to bottom and across all departments.
Once again with the recent merger, I think moral is higher. People are excited to see what will come next.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership must prioritize honest and open communication. Stop withholding critical information and address issues directly to build trust Eliminate false promises and ensure that words align with actions. Dishonesty erodes morale and trust among employees. foster a sense of job security
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was so kind and welcomed me in immediately
It has been a few years but it was conversation-driven and didn't feel like a stuffy interview.
Everyone was really positive and made me feel comfortable
Meeting a good cross-section of peers, managers, and execs.
Once again, this was LMN prior to SingleOps take over when I did my interview. Back then it was long, I believe I did 3 pre interviews before a live zoom interview (Which I did two of).

What makes me most happy at work is being part of a supportive team, contributing to meaningful projects, and having the autonomy to take initiative and see results.
