Stop withholding critical information and address issues directly to build trust Eliminate false promises and ensure that words align with actions. Dishonesty erodes morale and trust among employees. foster a sense of job security
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?This is a leading question. I do not feel undervalued. I feel the health benefit choices could be better (PPO instead of POS) and that a base raise (which came for me in a timely and fair manner) warrants discussion of more equity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?At the moment, we don't have a coordinated team. Some of my team members have already been let go, while others are uncertain about their future and waiting for the same outcome. This constant sense of fear and instability makes it very difficult to focus or be productive.
