Company shutdown between Christmas and New Years
Equity, 401k, Variable Comp package
Unlimited PTO is very helpful for maintaining work/life balance
Total compensation is very competitive. Flexible work/life and PTO policy makes it easy to ebb and flow as life demands. Distributed remote environment with options for face-to-face collaboration. Recently increased 401k match
Everything is fine at the moment but interested if it will change.
no cap on earnings - performance based

rrsp / 401k matched to 5%, holy moly ravioli that is amazing
I have had the opportunity to increase my salary each year based on the merits of my work.
Unlimited paid vacation and sick days.
Remote work with PTO. I really value the ability to work with a diverse range of colleagues and take the time off to refresh as needed.
The compensation package is very well thought out and extensive. Love it
Fair base, expected bonus, and 401K match
flex PTO and the health benefits
Uncapped commission allows me to be compensated based on my efforts.

401k match, unlimited PTO, generous parental leave for a US company.
The best part of my compensation package is its balance of competitive pay and valuable benefits, like 16 weeks of maternity leave, which demonstrate the company's commitment to supporting employees' personal and professional well-being.
My favorite things about my compensation package are unlimited PTO and our employer 401k match!
Our benefits are great. They just added 401k matching which is huge for me. They also fully cover all my mental benefits and have a home office stipend as well as a stipend for professional growth.
Unlimited PTO, employer-paid health plans
This is a leading question. I do not feel undervalued. I feel the health benefit choices could be better (PPO instead of POS) and that a base raise (which came for me in a timely and fair manner) warrants discussion of more equity.
a raise would make me feel better about it
when i left for maternity leave at LMN a CPP program was in place which means I now make less coming back compared to my peers despite returning immediately to max capacity
Base compensation is fair. However benefits are not very extensive. Home office stipend is minimal/non-existent, despite valuing in person collaboration, there is no explicit budget dedicated to co-working, no wellness-oriented benefits (gym stipend, wellness stipend).
