Mr. Naveen Anand has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since September 08, 2014. Mr. Anand has over 25 years of experience in the property/casualty insurance industry. He joined Hallmark from Torus Insurance Holdings Ltd. He joined Torus Insurance Holdings Ltd. in August 2009 as U.S. Chief Executive and Global Chief Operating Officer. He has been an Executive Chairman of Wilhelmina International, Inc. since September 25, 2012. Mr. Tarek N. Timol serves as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Hallmark Financial Services Inc since October 2015. Mr. Timol has over 15 years of experience in managing the complex IT and application development requirements of financial and insurance operations. Prior to joining Hallmark, Mr. Timol most recently served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology Transformation at Guy Carpenter. He served as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations, Americas at Torus Insurance From 2011 to 2014. Mr. Timol has held Additional Executive Leadership roles with Ironshore Insurance Services, AIG and Marsh. Mr. Jeffrey R. Passmore has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since June 2003 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Passmore also serves as the Principal Financial Officer of Hallmark Financial Services Inc. He served as Vice President of Business Development of Hallmark. Prior to joining Hallmark Financial Services Inc. in November 2002. He had since 2000 served as Vice President and Controller of Benfield Blanch Inc. and its predecessor E.W. Blanch Holdings, Inc., a reinsurance brokerage and service company. From 1998 to 1999, he served E.W. Blanch Holdings Inc. as Assistant Vice President of Financial Reporting. From 1994 to 1998, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst with TIG Holdings Inc., a property and casualty insurance holding company. He began his career as an Accountant for Gulf Insurance Group from 1990 to 1993. He is a certified public accountant licensed in Texas.

Mr. Ken Krissinger has been Senior Vice President at Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. since 2017 and serves as its Chief Actuary and served as its actuary. Mr. Krissinger is an experienced insurance industry leader. He served as the U.S. Chief Actuary at the Catlin group. He served as Head of Reserving at XL Catlin for the Global Professional Lines and the Americas Region. Prior to his roles with XL Catlin and Catlin, he held a series of Actuarial, Finance and Underwriting leadership positions at Zurich and Aetna. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Mr. Robert Collins has been the President of Standard Commercial P&C at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since November 2016. Mr. Collins served as the Chief Underwriting Officer - West region at Hanover Insurance Group. Prior to Hanover, Mr. Collins held Underwriting and Sales Executive at CNA Insurance Company, Argonaut Insurance Company, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, specializing in Standard Commercial, Energy and Casualty Risk Management accounts.

Ms. Barbara A. Sinclair serves as Senior Vice President and Healthcare Group Leader at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since November 2015. Ms. Sinclair has been Senior Vice President and Healthcare Group Leader of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. since November 2015. She served as Senior Vice President of Healthcare at Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. since August 7, 2014. Ms. Sinclair served as Senior Vice President of Healthcare and Complex Risks Division Leader at OneBeacon Professional Insurance, Inc. Ms. Sinclair works with the medical professional liability team in managing and expanding the professional liability portfolio. Prior to joining Alliant, she served as Senior Vice President and Product Manager with a national insurance underwriter, where she was responsible for the design and delivery of products and coverage solutions for the firm's medical and professional liability team. An expert in healthcare reform, she led a strategic initiative evaluating changing liability and coverage needs resulting from the Affordable Care Act. She has nearly 25 years of underwriting and brokerage experience exclusively in the health care industry specializing in medical professional and excess coverages with a focus on hospitals. Prior to joining OneBeacon, she served as Assistant Vice President/Business Leader in the Med Mal unit at Darwin Professional Underwriters and was responsible for oversight of the hospital book of business. As an Assistant Vice President for Chubb/Executive Risk, Barb fulfilled Underwriting Manager responsibilities for the Alternative Risk and Excess Med Mal book of business. She also served as Zone Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, responsible for planning, analysis and results monitoring for med mal, managed care E&O and health care D&O. Her career includes executive positions with national brokerage firms including J&H/Marsh and Aon. Her responsibilities included being Client Executive/Manager on several large health care accounts, managing the department staff and developing underwriting specifications and service plans. She is on the PLUS Hartford Chapter Steering Committee. She has also been a speaker on various health care topics at several conferences including PLUS, VHA and the New England ASHRM. The noted industry expert has delivered speeches on healthcare at numerous high-profile industry conferences, including the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) New England. Ms. Sinclair studied medical technology and business administration at Central Connecticut State College and holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification.

Mr. Michael P. Binns serves as President of Specialty Personal Lines at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since November 2013. Mr. Binns is charged with leading the Personal Lines business unit which offers personal insurance products focused on nonstandard automobile and low value property dwelling coverages across 15 states. He joins Hallmark Financial from Healthcare Solutions where he was charged with developing medical management products for the automobile insurance carrier market. Prior to that he held positions focused on personal lines product development and management for The Hanover Insurance Group, AIG Agency Auto/21(st) Century and Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation. Mr. Binns began his insurance career with the Workers' Compensation Reinsurance Bureau in New York.

Mr. Gerald A. Dupre, Jr., serves as President of Specialty Property at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since August 2015. Mr. Dupre served as the Head of Property and Senior Vice President Americas Property and General Property Global Property Practice Leader at Torus Insurance Holdings Limited since September 09, 2012. Mr. Dupre served as Executive Vice President of AXIS Capital Holdings Ltd. a unit AXIS Insurance Co., where he was responsible for both the excess and surplus lines and risk management property business in the U.S. Mr. Dupre held senior positions focused on property product development and risk management for Axis Insurance Company, Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Allianaz Global Risk U.S. and Fireman's Fund Insurance. Mr. Dupre is a graduate of Dillard University and attended the University of Graz, Austria and the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Charles Stauber has been the Chief Claims Officer and Senior Vice President of Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since April 2016. Prior to joining Hallmark, Mr. Stauber served as the Head of North American Casualty & Surety Claims at Allied World Assurance Company (AWAC). Preceding AWAC, Mr. Stauber was the Senior Vice President, Head of Claims Torus Americas for Torus Holdings Limited, in charge of the strategic design, staffing, infrastructure build-out and budgeting of the Casualty, Property, and Specialty Claims organization for North and South America for Torus Americas. Before joining Torus, he served in a variety of claim technical and management roles for several leading insurance companies and held significant claim leadership positions at Travelers, AIG, and ACE USA; where he was also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Stauber has over 30 years of extensive domestic and international experience in managing and resolving complex specialty claims within the property and casualty insurance industry. He possesses considerable experience in direct claim and litigation management of frequency and severity claims within AL, GL, Property, Excess, Professional, Healthcare, Aviation, Marine, and Environmental lines of business; TPA oversight and claim management services; and the development and implementation of Quality Assurance Programs. Mr. Stauber is an Associate Member of the American Bar Association (ABA), a member of the National Structure Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) and a Member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDDC). Prior to his insurance career, he was also a Sergeant in United States Marine Corp.
