Mr. Mark M. Comerford has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Haynes International, Inc., since October 2008. Mr. Comerford served as the President of Alloy Products of Materion Brush Inc (formerly, Brush Wellman, Inc), a wholly owned subsidiary of Brush Engineered Materials Inc., since June 2008. He had senior management responsibility for Alloy Products' manufacturing, technology, supply chain and commercial activities. He has held progressive leadership positions with advanced engineered product companies servicing consumer electronics, aerospace, defense, industrial, telecoms, automotive and medical markets. Mr. Comerford served as the President of Materion Brush International Inc., Operating Group of Brush Engineered Materials Inc. since March 2006. He joined Brush Wellman as Managing Director of Brush Wellman (Singapore) Pte Ltd. in 1998, with responsibility for expanding it's role in Southeast Asia. Mr. Comerford served as Vice President of Sales - Strip Products at Cleveland since 2001 within the Alloy Products group. He served at Carpenter Technology and American Brass in various metallurgical engineering, international and commercial management positions. Mr. Comerford has been a Director of Haynes International, Inc. since October 2008 and Global Advanced Metals Pty Ltd since June 19, 2014. Mr. Comerford is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science and holds an MBA from Canisius College of Buffalo, New York.

Mr. Daniel W. Maudlin, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Haynes International, Inc. since December 1, 2012 and serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Maudlin served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Haynes International Inc. from September 20, 2004 to December 2012. Mr. Maudlin served as Corporate Controller at Jordan Specialty Plastics, Inc. since April, 2001. Prior to that, he served as Group Controller for Heritage Environmental Services, Inc. from May 1991 through April 2001. Mr. Maudlin is a licensed CPA in the state of Indiana.

Mr. Scott R. Pinkham has been a Vice President of Manufacturing at Haynes International, Inc. since March 2008. Mr. Pinkham served as Vice President of Manufacturing Planning at Haynes International, Inc. since March 2004. He served in various manufacturing and production capacities with Haynes International Inc. Mr. Pinkham joined Haynes International Inc. in August 1999.

Mr. Marlin C. Losch, III has been a Vice President of Sales & Distribution at Haynes International, Inc. since January 2010. Mr. Losch served as Vice President for North American Sales of Haynes International, Inc. from February 2006 to January 2010. He served as Midwest Regional Manager and also served in various Marketing positions at Haynes International Inc. since joined in February 1988.

Dr. Venkat R. Ishwar, also known as Venky, Ph. D. serves as a Vice President of Marketing & Technology at Haynes International, Inc. since January 2010. Dr. Ishwar served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Forgital USA, Inc. from July 2008 to December 2009. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Technology at Haynes International, Inc.

Daniel Maudlin serves as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Haynes International. Daniel started at Haynes International in Nov of 2012. Daniel currently resides in the Indianapolis, Indiana Area.
