They train employees very well to help manage consumers, but they allow unprofessional people to thrive in a work environment that can be hostile to some staff. Working with the consumers: Cooking for them, ensuring the cottages are clean, driving them to appointments and outings, finding ways to communicate with some consumers. Ensuring consumer safety and well being. Experiencing their growth when it happens.
