Mr. Jon P. Vrabely has been the Chief Executive officer and President of Huttig Building Products Inc. since January 1, 2007 and has been its Secretary since June 12, 2015. Mr. Vrabely served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Huttig Building Products Inc. from June 12, 2015 to March 2016. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Huttig Building Products Inc., from April 2009 to July 22, 2009, Vice President of Operations from December 2004 to November 8, 2005 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer from November 8, 2005 to January 1, 2009, where he was responsible for all branch sales and operations, as well as corporate national accounts, marketing and product management. He served as Vice President of Huttig Building Products Inc., until January 1, 2007. He served as Vice President of Product Management of Huttig Building Products Inc., from September 2003 to December 2004 and also served as its Vice President of Builder Resource from October 2002 to February 2005. Mr. Vrabely served as Senior General Manager of Builder Resource of Huttig Building Products Inc., from January 2001 to October 2002. He served as General Manager of Huttig Building Products Inc.'s Auburn, Washington facility from July 1999 to December 2000. He joined Huttig in July 1999. He held several management positions with WESCO Distribution. He has been a Director of Huttig Building Products Inc., since January 1, 2007. He served as a Director of Builder Resource of Huttig Building Products Inc., from January 2001 to October 2002. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Redlands.

Mr. Brian D. Robinson has been the Chief Information Officer of Huttig Building Products since July 2006 and its Senior Vice President since January 1, 2018. Mr. Robinson has been the Chief Information Officer and VP of Huttig Building Products Inc since July 2006. He served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of RMC USA, Inc. He was the Owner and Operator of BDR Holdings, Inc., a residential and commercial painting business serving Atlanta, Georgia, from September 2005 to July 2006. From February 2001 to June 2005, Mr. Robinson served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of North America for RMC Industries, Inc. He served as Vice President of Huttig Building Products Inc. from July 2006 to January 1, 2018. Prior to joining RMC USA, Inc., Mr. Robinson held the position of Vice President of Information Technology for The Rose Group Corporation, directed the IT organization for Danka Office Imaging and managed the Strategic Planning process for Spalding & Evenflo Companies, Inc. Mr. Robinson also held a Senior Consultant position with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.

Ms. Rebecca L. Kujawa has been Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Huttig Building Products, Inc. since January 1, 2018 and its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since April 4, 2016. Ms. Kujawa served as Vice President at Huttig Building Products, Inc. from April 4, 2016 to January 2018. Ms. Kujawa served as Vice President of Business Development at Peabody Energy Corporation from March 10, 2011 to March 2012. She joined Peabody in 2008 as Corporate Counsel in the law department and since has held positions of increasing responsibility, specializing in commercial contract law and corporate governance issues. She particularly has been involved in Peabody's business development activities in Asia and South America. She also served as Director of Business Development at Peabody Energy Corporation after transferring from the law department in 2010. Prior to Peabody, she served as an Associate at Blackwell Sanders LLP in St. Louis and began her career as an Analyst for the Illinois State senate staff. Ms. Kujawa received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Rebecca Kujawa serves as the Senior Vice President Supply Chain & General Counsel of Huttig Building Products. Rebecca started at Huttig Building Products in Jan of 2018. Rebecca currently resides in the Greater St. Louis Area.

Bruce McDonald serves as the Vice President of Operations of Huttig Building Products. Bruce started at Huttig Building Products in Jun of 2000. Bruce currently resides in the Greater St. Louis Area.
