Mr. Andrew R. Boll, CFA, CMA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 1, 2015 and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Boll served as the Vice-President of Accounting & Public Reporting of Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from February 1, 2012 to January 2015. Mr. Boll has over seven years of experience in financial reporting and accounting including four years experience working with small capitalization companies, with a particular focus on restructured and reorganized businesses. He was a Consultant to Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from December 2011 to February 2012. He served as an Accountant at BCGU, LLC from November 2007 to November 2011. He provided consulting services to public company clients, compiled SEC financial reports and accounted for numerous public company restructurings, financings and private to public mergers. He served as an accountant for Welsh Companies, LLC, a privately held commercial real estate company, its fund and its other subsidiaries from December 2004 to November 2007. Mr. Boll is a CFA charter holder, Certified Management Accountant. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Diego. Mr. Boll received his B.S. degree in Corporate and Public Finance, summa cum laude, from Huron University.
